Elements Within a Form

There are three types of elements you can define within a form. INPUT, SELECT and TEXTAREA

INPUT - Most normal text entry fields and buttons are considered inputs:  These have been covered in notes  the Input Tag - Text,  Other advanced  Input Fields - password, checkbox, radio, (with checked attribute), submit and reset and  Advanced Input Fields Buttons & Images, are covered in Lecture 11.

SELECT - Popup menus and lists belong to selects.

TEXTAREA - A special general multiline area for entering text.

You can mix and match these elements as desired.
